wish i could have that type of body..i know people are going to say..shes too skinny, but i think she looks great.
anyone know how she trains?
 
Didn't she just lose like 30 pounds? She really leaned herself out and she doesn't even look like she did as a Spice Girl. I think she looks great :D

shes a stick and looks unhealthy and not to mention alot older...it just look like she throws up to me:D

i like a thicky thick girl:p

she looked much better the way she was;)

You could have a body like that but its not going to come from wishing. You have your goal, now work to attain it. Do a search on her training\diet, I've seen this in a post before. BTW, I think she looks great now also.:biggrin:
 
She jogs 4-5 miles 6 times a week, does yoga on a daily basis plus circuit & weight training 3 times a week. As for her diet its a high protein diet.
 
Geri has lost 30lbs, but with the result that she is now underweight at just under 100lbs and 5'3". When I was that thin I felt ill and lost my sex drive, maybe that's why she said she wasn't interested in having a relationship with anyone at the moment.

i met her and just as i am a firm beleiver in the ZONE diet...so is she...props to her...she looks GREAT.and,no...she is no stick...she's quite muscular.
 
Please tell me more about it. Ive been training really hard this year, and in the last 3 weeks have changed my diet to a p=60%,c=10%,f=30% ratio. I really want to lose extra body fat by summer, which gives me 1-1.5max to lose around 5%bf. MY stats are 21yr old female, 165cm, 48.5kg, 21%bf.
I was thinking of training twice a day, cardio am and weights+cardio pm. Should I consider going on the zone diet? Do you recommend it?
 
While I wouldn't agree with the one description of "quite muscular" (at least from the pics I've seen), I do think she's made a remarkable transformation. I'm especially glad she went for the the "healthy toned" look rather than the ever-popular "limp scarecrow" look so prevalent among female media images. Kudos to her on her hard work and not following the crowd.
