Please tell me more about it. Ive been training really hard this year, and in the last 3 weeks have changed my diet to a p=60%,c=10%,f=30% ratio. I really want to lose extra body fat by summer, which gives me 1-1.5max to lose around 5%bf. MY stats are 21yr old female, 165cm, 48.5kg, 21%bf.
I was thinking of training twice a day, cardio am and weights+cardio pm. Should I consider going on the zone diet? Do you recommend it?
