Objective: I am manning up to commit myself to Loose 50 lbs in 6 months and TONE UP. I dont plan on putting on bulk. Nor using any bulk/strength supplements. Only cutters.

Last week was stictly water clean diet, light weights/high reps and slow long cardio and started my diet supplements late last week.

Today, :) I started taking Glucorell R, Sesapure, Thermorexin, and Levorex.
I ate 2 bananas and some orange juice for breakfast, protien shake for snack and a grilled chicken salad for lunch :)

Glucorell R - 2 caps 3 X's w/ meals
Sesapure - 1-2 caps 3 X's w/ meals
T'rex - 2 caps 3 X's w/ meals
L'rex - 4 caps 3 X's w/meals

I Will post current pictures very soon and progress pictures as the come.

Good luck Bro, be sure to post those before pics to motivate you (you sound pretty motivated already). Perhaps take the time and sit down and create an exact weight training/cardio/diet routine, then post it here! Also i'd suggest jumping back into weight training and lifting hard and heavy, you have lots of muscle memory and it'll come back fast; and of course we all know muscle burns more cals.

Does that work well for you?

Not many of use use high reps low weight.

HIIT Cardio is also great for fat loss.

Congratz on getting back into the lifestyle!

Personally, my training hasn't changed much at all from bulking to cutting.... except I have increased frequency of training to burn more calories. I still stick to lower rep ranges and as heavy as I can to keep my full muscle bellies.

^^ What he said ... :D

Exactly. You'll get back to your original strength much faster if you train with heavy weights and low reps. I don't know who came up with that light weight high reps for cutting idea. :) It's those Weider Principles. They're still around.

Very interested to see a diet plan as well.

Bananas and OJ for breakfast :worried:
^^ carbs/sugars... where's your PROTEIN?!

Try rolled oats, some fruit, splenda (if nessessary), ground cinnamon... that's 1/2 or my new favorite First meal of the day! the other half being me chugging 1/2 a carton of egg whites... mmmmmmmmmm :D

Would it be more accurate to say you are looking to lose body fat, while maintaining (i.e not losing) muscle mass?

I'd be careful with the word ' tone' :) To many people it's like nails on a chalkboard.

Post up your diet ... IMO you should be eating a little protein in EVERY meal :)

Well I havent tried it long, im not going to continue either, I just lifted light for the first week so I didnt get so damn sore. But I love the soreness.

I did 20 minutes elipitical tonight, 2 minute warm-up, 1 minute sprint, 1 minute slower pace, repeat then 2 minute cool down. Felt like a million bucks. Worked my ass to death. I need to work on better stamina for Firefighting, I cant be passing out on the job cause im a Fatass.

Also, i forgot to mention, I ate 3 or 4 boiled eggs with my banana and orange juice, only about 4 ounces or so.

Yes ma'am, Protien is good.

Today:
Breakfast- 3 or 4 boiled eggs, banana(helps with the t'rex settling), and 4-5oz orange juice with Anafit stuff
Snack- Protien shake around 30 grams, chocolate whey
Lunch-grilled chicken salad
snack- another 1/2 banana mixed with my protien shake
Dinner- 6" spicy italian sub from subway
snack- went by the firehouse to visit, ate a chicken breast

yay meee :)

Tomorrow:
breakfast - protien shake with oatmeal and ANPB mixed
snack - cottage cheese with some cherry tomatoes cut up in it
lunch - salad with something in it, not sure
snack- protien shake mixed with some kinda fruit
Dinner - stuffed chicken, brown rice, and steamed veggies.
snack - not sure

Critique the hell out of it if you would like :)

Also, I have been considering the nutrasystem diet too. My sales boss is an ex-green beret and has lost about 20lbs in the last 2 months, by eatting proportions also It works out to be like $9.33 cents per day for 5 meals. Let me know your opinions on this, seems to me like it might be a good idea.

Thanks for the kind words.
