I'm trying to get my body the way it was in my military days and take it a step further this time. I do go to the gym 4 times a week, but feel like I could put more into it... I'm 5'7 135lbs. Any suggestions on what gear I should use? View attachment 112523

You need to train hard and eat like a horse before gear bro

post your diet so we can have a look at it.

It is amazing what can be accomplished when you eat and train right. A lot of people are not doing something right. Those two things have to be in place before any type of gear is considered.

My diet was another thought of why i'm not putting on much weight. I started taking whey protien (2 servings a day) and (creatine). Along with a lot of lean meats, and fish. Any other advice for a good kick start? I've learned before muscle does not come easy. It takes work and dedication. Was just worried i'm selling myself short without the right supplements...

you need to
step 1) eat
step 2) train
step 3) eat

Don't even think about gear at this stage bro. You need to seriously get a great foundation first then down the road you can toss around the idea of gear. I can tell you one thing, even when I don't train the one thing that sticks with me is my foundation. Because it was built naturally. You build it off juice, once done, the gains will diminish quickly.

Eat. Train hard. Learn how to train that works for you. Learn how to eat and what works for you. Utilize NTBM supps they will help a lot.

And be smart.

Just eat everything in sight.. dont worry about fat content just eat it.. I'm not talking about fast food but steak whole eggs etc.. hell even ice cream for bulking.. just get some more weight on you spend a few hours a week in the weight room and you will grow.

A lot of people don't know how to properly fuel their body to get the most out of it. The usually answer you get when you asked them what their diet looks like is.. "chicken, fruit, and shit.. o yeah, and I got some of that protein stuff and creatine"

For right now, you just need to concentrate on your training and nutrition. Once those things are in place and a steady part of your life.. then you will start seeing the results that you want.
