Gear that's easiest on cholesterol?

I hope you guys can help. I had my levels checked about 2 1/2 months ago and it was high. My LDL was around 170. After a month on Lipitor 20mgs. it measured at 160. I then did a d-bol only cycle (5 weeks@30mgs/day). I did PCT with clomid and I went from 176 up to 185 and holding. My cholesterol was checked again and its at 169. I'm just curious to know what gear is easiest on your cholesterol levels and why? Thanks for your help.

certainly not dbol. Injects effect lipid profiles less than orals. I'm not totally up on the exact chemesstry but I beleive its beccasue orals are aa17 which effect the liver which is where cholesterol is produced / processed.

Thanks for that. I was most likely going to inject next time. Just wondering if anyone could tell me if there were some that were better than others. Thanks

Mine is a little high also.I am starting some test e next week.I will post at the end of the cycle and blood results to see if it is down or not.The way I understood is that Lipitor is a blood thinner when they tried to prescibe this to me.I know test always thinned my blood it seemed because it was hard for me to clot up when a cut happened so I am hoping the gear does the job for the lipitor but I am not willing to do both at the same time.

no offense but i dont think yall know what you are talkin about! im not 100% sure but i believe that roids fuck up your lipid profile by causing your test/estrogen ratio to be screwed. test levels skyrocket while estogen doesnt go up near as much. estrogen is very important in maintaining a healthy lipid profile which is why using letrozol isnt always a good idea.

primo and var is the easiest on cholesterol. a good diet and exercise will bring down your cholesterol. peace

Thanks guys. It was also my understanding that gear screwed up your levels. I thought the 9 point jump on the second month was due to the d-bol. The lipitor along with more chicken instead of red meat dropped it 10 points the first month. I also noticed that they had my nitrogen levels listed as high too.
Thanks again for your help

Orals are worse.. Was wondering how the dbol only cycle went. What did you end up with after pct?

Mine went down nicely on crestor even while running test and eq, so i would have to say those two arent bad

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

var isnt horrible for ldl, but var is one of, if not THE worst on hdl . 3 or or 4 weeks on var can easily get your hdl into single digits. since the hdl/total ratio is the most important lipid measure, if you have CV disease issues in your family or yourself stay away.

guys, guys...almost all of the steroids will make your cholesterol levels change considerably, with the exception of primo. Here's what i take for my cholestoral, besides cardio everyday and weight training. 2-3 grams of Omega 3's everyday. Works wonders for your immflamation and makes your cholesterol numbers look great...even if you are on or off, take omega 3s all the time..you'll be amazed.. I ran a eq/test 500mg / 750t on my last cycle and wasn't even out of pct and had my liver checked and they were all below the normal range - needless to say, the doc was very impressed :)

so what does primo do to your lipid lvls? how about deca? i am interested in this as well as a have a family history of heart disease. i'd also like to know what the best steroid is in terms of the tradeoff between efficacy/gains and potential damage to one's lipid profile.

Now is it the juice or the food consumption to fuel the juice that raises thes levels? To me it would seem like the food we consume is what jacks up levels. ^^^^^^

thanks for the correction. i was under the impression that var was the safest steriod seeing how it was used in women and children with no probs. steroids that do not aromatize are worse for your cholesterol or is that incorrect as well? whether its injectable or oral doesn't really matter or does it?

I've been on pct for 1 1/2 weeks and still have a net gain of 9 pounds. I hope it stays there. I was thinking of doing sus next but I need to wait until levels are better. I need to do some more research on the subject. Also there is no family history that I know of. I was also wondering if some of the increase had to do with the amount of food I was eating.

highly androgenic = bad cholesterol levels (test is more dose dependent then the others)

nonaromatizing = bad cholesterol

17aa= bad cholesterol

But above all, winstrol and tren = the worst cholesterol. Winstrol is proven to be the worst of the AAS that is available in human grade form, but tren seems to be the worst from user feedback.

The best (but will still make things worse)? Deca, [dose dependent] test, primo, in no particular order.

And to actually make your cholesterol better, 2-6mgs of furazabol a day.

avoid all steroids that doesn't aromatise

i have bad problems with tren and primo and all orals but testosterone, deca and EQ has been pretty good to my lipids

if you're rich try get ahold of some furozabol there are alot of talks about it's good effects on HDL, dunno if this is bullshit but i've been studying all these books all night so i'm too lazy to look around right now, if you're interested i'll dig something up tomorrow

peace

Tren. policosonol helped lower my cholesterol levels.

By how much? I am going to be including this in my upcoming var/test cycle and am curious how much it dropped it down? Thanks!

furazabol doesnt do much for cholesterol. Its not even worth trying to get a hold of since its expensive and wont do anything for most people.

Niacin
Policosanol
Omega 3's
avoid saturated and modified fats
High fiber

Injectables are easier on cholesterol values, most wont even effect them that much. Aromatase inhibitors like arimidex and femara will definitely skew your cholesterol values.

I don't recall the ldl/hdl levels but the total went from 190 to 150.

That would be your LDL. Mine started at 170 down to 160 after a month of Lipitor. I then did the 5 week cycle of 30mgs d-bol and about 1 1/2 weeks pct and its back to 169. The doc wasn't pleased. I told him I hadn't been eating as good as I should have. On my lab report it says 1-129 is normal limits.

yup. and
-inositol hexanicotinate (nonflush niacin) instead of niacin, (can use higher dose less liver toxicity and no rash)
-use lots of monosaturated fats (olive oil, walnuts etc),
-walk/run 3x week,
-Nolva 10 mg daily
