Im Geared Up And Just Want To Make Sure Im Ready To Balance My Commitment So That I Keep My Home Life On The Up And Up. Because This Is My First Cycle And I Want To Kill It! Any Advice?

I work close to 60 hours a week (computer jobs fucking suck)
I have an 18 month old
I have woman
I workout 6 days per week, 5 on 1 off

I keep everything balanced.

i work about 50 hrs and i feel like im not there enough but my wife supports me in every aspect. im just ready to get er done! just thought i might get some input , thanks.

I'm in the gym 6 days a week. I have a 4 and 5 yr old kids and a wife. I work out EARLY in the a.m. while they sleep. Everyone's happy!

wife, dog, and 3/4 of the year in addition to my FT job i teach a couple of courses at a university. u just have to prioritize what u want and how bad u want it. u dont have 2 sacrifice on family. u just have to sacrifice everything else.

I have no kids or wife so i can pretty much do wtf I want aside from my job but I know there are plenty of bro's on this board in your situation that manage a bb lifestyle. It can be done with the right time management, communication, and dedication.

Isn't it a pain to capitalize the first letter in every word? Just curious.

On topic - I don't see where it's really that hard to find time to get workouts in. It's all in priorities. I find immediately after work, before dinner, to be the best time for me, but maybe first thing in the morning, at lunch, or later at night is better for other people. There's always time, you just have to make it.

just set aside the time at night and do it...i fucked up when my last kid was born.,.quit working out during her mid preg cause she was a drama queen...ate pizza and drank beer for almost 2 years went to complete shit...dont do what i did..lmao...gained a assload of fat and lost a assload of muscle...now last 6 months been at it havent missed shit...my wife works at night so sometimes i have to wait till aorund midnight just to workout after i put the baby to bed..but i make sure i do it...

I am in a similiar situation, and I know it can be tough. My workouts absolutely suck if I go in the morning, and I am exhausted by the time everyone goes to bed at night so I don't go then.

I have to workout during my lunch break and then eat at my desk when I get back. Fortunately there is a gym close to work and I have a few guys that go with me. Plus I can't eat out since I have to get back to work which actually helps me with my diet.

Try and find a couple of guys at work to lift with at lunch, it has been working for me the last 8 months
