Hi: I am a 35 year old female and over the last 9 months my entire physique seems to be changing. Both carefully and honestly looking at what I am eating and what my liffestyle is, I haven't changed these areas so I am naturally concerned. I have, however, gained between 8-10 pounds over these months and not comfortable with this change.
I work out regularily (5 to 6 times a week.. 1 hour cardio at least, somne weights....) and also take tae bo classes, etc... I eat between 1600 and 1900 calories a day.
I am not comfortable with the weight gain (I can visible see fat on my mid-area and thighs/butt.. that I didn't have before this year. I am concerned that whatever is causing this weight gain is something that I can change. I just don't know what and how to do so.
If anyone has any advise, I welcome it. Thanks,
