18, 5'8" 144lbs. been training on and off for a year or two but started to train seriously (five days a week 6am) this year in January, been eating clean, mostly chicken and tuna and i've been taking my pre(whey, bcaas,NOxplode), during (bcaas) and post supps (nitrotech, wazy maize, bcaas). and i've gained about 5lbs. since i started in mid january.
my question is basically if i keep this up will i be able to put on a sufficient amount of muscle without putting on body fat? i have a naturally fast metabolism and both my parents are relatively skinny my worry is that i wont be able to put on enough muscle without sacrificing body fat which i dont want, but if the only way i can really get bigger is to increase calories significantly and increase the body fat percentage then i will, i would just rather not have to stuff myself then go through cutting to get to my goal. thanks in advance for any advice.
