Diet is going to determine if you have lean gains or not. Does not matter what steroid you choose to take. Testosterone by itself with something to control estrogen would be your best bet.
this is such a ridiculously vague question that NOONE can accurately answer it... vague questions can even vaguer answers... as pointed out, DIET and TRAINING DISCIPLINE AND CONSISTENCY is what gets you there...
If you are trying to gain lean muscle then it will be a slow process. You dont want to cow food and gain a ton of sloppy weight just to do it in 10 weeks.
