Shout outs to all of u in this board. This is by far the best fitness/bodybuilding discussion board i've seen. Hardcore, keepin it real, and supportive of each other. I love it. I've been going through many major life changes now for the better-mind,body,and soul. I want to return to my fitness lifestyle again and gain back the healthy strong mind and body i attained thro fitness. But my drug abuse and other destructive patterns i followed have ravaged my body of all its strength and hard earned muscle. My rhuematoid artheritis has been at its worst from it all. Its been hard gettin back to weight training and proper eating habits. But when i came here, i didn't feel so alone. theres a great sense of community within here. I found sooooo much info that has been such a great help to get me started again. Lots of positivity too. ALL YOU PEOPLE FROM ELITE FITNESS ARE AWESOME!!! KEEP ON KEEPING ON!!!
