Boris, post your stats ect.... on a new thread and ask diet advice instead. Didn't mean to be so harsh the first time but, you really really sounded like you have no idea how to eat yet here you are on your second cycle. (mainly because of the weightgainer shit, which is almost always a waste except for a very select few) Hold off on this cycle for a bit take some time to make sure your diet is in check, then once its set then start you'll get much better results.
You will find that on this board we dont really like weight gainers all that much we whole heartedly believe in solid clean food and good ol' protein powder instead. That where you caught most of the flak from your post.
If you had asked if we think you bulk (not shoudl I be taking weightgainer) while on we would have been much nicer of course we still would have asked for your stats and in the end its up too you.
gain a bit of muscle drop some fat or gain as much muscle as possible w/ possibly a bit of fat gain.
So whats your goal, whats your diet like now, what do you weight ect. ect... as much info as you can spare even how often you train ect... post it in a new thread, we will help as much as possible.
