Hi I am currently towards the end of my TBOL / Testosterone cypionate cycle - under TBOL/DBOL which I never used the DBOL. I will be finishing in about 4 weeks and have decide to self trt...
I am 45 yrs old 6'0'' - 6''1 currently around 225 maybe 15% BF - I have some current pics on my media and posted on the other thread. I plan on cutting for 8 weeks or so during TRT to hopefully get down to 10 - 12 % BF before I attempt another cycle along with getting some blood work done next month. I have been reading alot of good things about nandrolone Decanoate - Aka - deca. I downloaded the ebook from the website showing different types of cycles and noticed a good bulking cycle using 500 mg testosterone and 300 mg deca for 12 weeks or so I would maybe like to extend it a little further but much, once I finish I will go back to TRT. Nandrolone seems to aromatase at half the rate of testosterone but has great joint benefits and has a more anabolic effect than testosterone but is less androgenic according to the drug profile on this website . I would be using N2Guard along with an AI - arimidex on injection days but have a few questions. I also will be taking Hcgenerate as I am now and will be taking it during trt.
1) If I am taking test 500 mg with deca 300 mg per week would I need proviron ? - I know if I were taking deca by itself it is recommended.
I currently take .5 mg arimidex EOD on days that I pin twice per week while I am on my 500 mg test cypionate cycle,
2) Do you think I should use more arimidex if I choose this cycle ?
This would be my second cycle and I love the testosterone my body seems to tolerate it well at this dose. My goals are to put on another 10 -15 lbs of muscle with this cycle after I lean out during trt.
My diet as before is pretty much
Breakfast - scambled eggs - protein smoothies I make with a cherry berry blend bananas protein powder and collagen peptides proteins and some polmegranite juice
Lunch bison steak sandwhichs on multigrain bread or chicken breast
Dinner - either chicken breast, bison, salmon bowl all with white rice or brown rice , broccoli and spinach salad sometimes wings with my air fryer.
I snack on greek yogurt rx bars and sometimes protein shakes
If anyone follows my other thread I lift 5 days a week focusing on each body part. I like to squat , bench, overhead DB press and incline DB press and of course work arms, and other stuff
3) My main question is what do you think about this for a second cycle? I thank everyone for all the info and encouragement that has been given on my other thread. I try to learn and listen to everyone and do my research as well.
