Furaguno?

Hey everybody,

I am wondering if anyone has had any experience with Furaguno, the designer Japanese prosteroid (which is, according to my research, a non-methylated derivative of Furazabol, which is chemically related to Winstrol)?

I know that most of you take issue with the use of prosteroids in general and instead recommend that people stick with the better-known substances like oxandrolone, but here's the deal: the police in my state are currently in the middle of a "steroid bust", which just this past summer resulted in the arrest of
NPC bodybuilders Trudy Ireland-Kline and Darrell Terrell as well as IFBB pro bodybuilder Sherry Smith, among others. Two doctors were arrested as well. I think a total of 10 arrest warrants have been issued thus far.

Anyhow, the legal actions that have been taken against these people, as well as the public humiliation to which they have been subjected, have made me feel a bit more inclined to take the possible health risks involved with prosteroid use than the legal risks involved with AAS use. Again, I am a fighter, not a bodybuilder, and I don't intend to be doing any fancy stacks or long cycles anyhow. I have just finished a very successful cutting cycle, I train like crazy, and I would now like to add some quality mass to my string-bean physique.

With all of that being said, does anyone have any good info on Furaguno? It appears to have been discontinued but is still available on the market. Also, do you suppose it would have the same joint pain sides as Winstrol? Thanks in advance for your help.

Also, I hope it wasn't bad form to mention the arrests--they were all over the news, unfortunately, and I wasn't mentioning them with the intention of calling anyone out. I just wanted to point out that the legal risks are absurd in my state right now.

FYI ... if you take an AAS, break it down and change the chemical make up so that it becomes a different "product" but does not alter the function of the drug it becomes an analog. The DEA know how to test an AAS and see if it's an analog or not.... which are considered catagory 4 dugs. An AAS will have so many peaks on a scale... the aas will have all of the same peaks except for maybe one or two... (I know someone in private industry, tis' all) I know nothing about furaguno but just kind of wanted to give you the heads up to be ABSOLUTELY sure you know what's going in your body as a fighter, a highly commercialized sport over the past few years... and therefor highly tested.

My personal experience with Axis Labs Furazadrol was okay at best. Not much strength or size gains, just somewhat harder. Not worth the price or acne and irregular period...at least for me. I started with 50mg/day for 2 weeks and went to 100mg/week for three weeks. Just didn't do much for me. (I weigh around 125-130lbs).

Winny - in your case this similar compound - really isn't as "safe" for women as people say it is. This also applies to primo. Both are used for hardening.

Yes, the arrests were all over the place and no, it's not an issue to mention them. There are MANY who have been arrested - Palumbo actually went to prison for a minute a while back. ::RX MUSCLE - The Truth Is Out!!!::

In Sherry and Darrell's case, it was isolated and no one else was implicated, so I think someone probably tipped the police off out of spite (don't quote me on that, I just think it makes sense). People suck like that.

As far as the busts the FDA and the FEDS make....they want the big guy that they can slam with a lot of charges.

I have not used that brand of furazabol but I have run another in the past. There is no joint pain with it but it is stronger then winny in my opnion. I would say 5mg per day is a good place to start even 2.5mg would see results if it was your first cycle. I did notice and increase in hair growth on it much thicker course as well as swelling down there. :) I have run it as high as 10mg a day when I was first testing it out but find that 5mg is best.

Well, those don't sound like the most promising experience reports I've ever heard. :( I am surprised that it seemed *stronger* than Winny. That doesn't sound quite like what I wanting for my first cycle. Meh, I am ridiculously hesitant and indecisive when it comes to the AAS issue. To put a positive spin on it, I'll call it "cautious." :) Thank you for all of your input, though! I appreciate the schooling I'm getting in these forums. You guys are endlessly patient and helpful.

And Tami, if your suspicions are correct about the arrests, that's really terrible! You're right, though, people do suck in general. I just wish everybody would stay out of everybody else's backyards, so to speak. And I'd really like it if I were allowed to do with my own body as I see fit without having to worry about the KGB showing up at my house to investigate. I know I'm preaching to the choir, though.

I guess I'll cuddle up with a nice frosty whey shake and do some more research.

It is awesome the you are cautious it is not something anyone should jump into lightly. Do remember that those sides can happen with every AAS it really depends on your body chemistry reacts to it. Really anavar is the best first cycle as it is the most mild so the chances of sides are slimmer than most anything else.

Agreed! ....and almost everything will cause one side or another so if you don't want sides - all natural is gonna' be your best bet. Still var is the "safest" when it comes to sides. Most of the time a little acne and that's about it.

I am not particularly worried about some mild sides. It's just that I want to choose wisely and pick the path with the best cost/benefit ratio, so if Winny isn't particularly "safe" for women, and furaguno is possibly even stronger than Winny--well, it wounds like var is the better choice.

Although I did read something about var causing blood-filled cysts on the liver and/or spleen--it's a rare side effect, but it sounds unpleasant nonetheless.
