Seriously, bro!!! I'm 3 weeks in and haven't given it any thought...until today, when it knocked me on my ass. I thought my fucking chest was caving in.
 
This has been brought up before, But it REALLY helps to off-set, if not prevent Tren cough. It works so TRY IT.


1. Aspirate thoroughly. Make sure you are not in a vessell. You may nick
one on the way in or on the way out, be reasonably sure you are in solid
muscle tissue.

2. INJECT TREN V E R Y S L O W L Y. I mean take 30 seconds to
shoot .5 ml! No SHIT! The slower the better. You can "feel" the throat
sensation coming on, but if you go slow your lungs are better able to
disperse the BA. This is the most important measure you can take.

3. Have a big cold drink next to you if you start to feel the cough coming on.

4. Don't freak out if you start coughing. You are not going to die...it just seems that way. MAN UP !!!

Yeah, I've read the threads and I did all this, but it still got me, lol. The coughing wasn't as bad as the crushing force in my chest. Eh....whatevah....won't be the last time.

I got it just yesterday. Wife was there to see it for the first time. She was about to call 911 as a choked on the floor. Till a manged to mutter "don't worry its nothing" thinking in my head the whole time "nothing my ass this shit sucks" lololol

I have NEVER had tren cough. I have had a little throat tingle, but no
"Scene from Alien", chest / cough situation.
It's because I make sure I am in tissue and I inject slow...I MEAN VERY VERY SLOWLY. Also remove the needle VERY VERY VERY SLOWLY.

I do. It takes me a good 3-4 minutes to inject 1ml. I inject everything slowly anyway. I shot my delt today. When I aspirated, there wasn't any blood, just a bubble like it should be. When I pulled the pin out, I bled like a motherfucker so I'm assuming I went through a vein. Shit sucked.
 
Think of it as a short but VERY intense abs/chest/cardio workout!!

Had it almost every time I shot it last summer.... best my abs ever looked

1.5 weeks on tren e not happend to me yet, but few times had little coughs and throat was tingling too, but im was winded cant walk home without taking huge breathes lol

I injected 50mg tren into my right delt the other day, when I pulled the pin out blood shot out like a fountain, I thought for sure Id cough but nothing, no cough, no taste. I was freaked but I was fine.
 
When I run tren I can usually feel a tingling chemical taste in the back of my throat it psyches me up making me feel like im a legit test experiment like the hulk, the cough sucks though but man up like someone else said.

Yes it normally has a metallic taste. Other points to remember when inj tren, is to shake the excess off the needle before insertion. By mixing the tren with your prop or eq in the same syringe, it has a diluting effect & reduces the chance of having a coughing attack. Delts are the best muscle to inj into IMO.
 
Now, I've never had the trenbolone cough (must be because I haven't hit a vein yet...) and I've never "tasted trenbolone" in my throat. Maybe because of a low benzyl alcohol content? Does anyone know if the amount of BA, is responsible for trenbolone cough or tasting trenbolone?

ahhhhh...the beauty of hitting veins on the way in or out...it's like popping a cherry (wink wink)...stick it in and play for a while and then bam...blood just starts flowing hahahahahaha
 
I had the tren cough during this cycle but NOTHING like what I got this morning after dose.

Dosed 100mg in left glute within 60 seconds after inj. lungs felt like they were caving in and sharp pain, whole body got clammy and broke into cold sweat, and I seriously felt like something bad was going to happen. This lasted about 3 minutes then I walked downstairs and ate breakfast..

This was very unpleasant. If all the other good things about this cycle were not so good I would probably discontinue but I think I keep trucking on.. I feel great otherwise.
 
Ive been on tren for just over a week and had my first tren attack yesterday, every other shot was in quads or glutes but yesterday i hit delts and thats when the cough hit me, no more than 30 seconds after taken the pin out i was coughing up a lung! But if thats the worst side of tren iv had so far soit aint too bad.
 
I'm getting Tren psychosis. Depression, anger, not what I remember from past cycles. If anything I have always felt very confident and aggressive. FUCK!!!
This trip SUCKS! Moderate insomnia.... But this Depressed issue needs to leave within 48 hours.... or I'm out.
 
Nothing like getting Tren cough right in the middle of a meeting with your bosses... I was the center of attention for about 3 minutes and I honestly thought I was going to die. Gotta love it.
 
So does the cough happen when your injecting or just anytime? Im on week 4 and so far no cough and good sleep at about 75mg ED . I just sweat alot. When Im lifting it looks like somebody dropped a 5 gallon bucket on me.
 
i had it once - its not a cough, its like your lungs are shutting down, it hurts. Scared the Sh*t out of me - it was the first time I pinned myself.

It will happen with your delts too. That is the only place I have ever injected tren and every now and then you just hit a small vessel and boom, you get to taste and feel what its like to have tren directly in your blood. I kinda like it myself. :p

tren ace would be a compound for you based on your pics. It would really help get you shredded and more vasculer. You have good mass / frame. Id run it atleast 37.5 ED along with some prop and maybe some mast.
The sides are very over rated. Drink plenty of water, watch carbs late night, take a sleep aid and your golden. Good luck bro
