My problem is that my upper pecs are lacking.My middle chest and lower chest are very good but tje upper area is like I didn't train it,but I can feel the burn of it when I exercise.Any Ideas

Try focusing on incline bench press (barbell and dumbbell) and incline flyes. I often set the bench at varying angles for the incline press, so as to hit it in a number of ways. Pullovers and reverse grip presses are helpful too.
