stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator Oct 11, 2018 #3 i'm a big fan of front squats in the first place because they give you more bang for your buck and plus you can't cheat on them most guys in the gym do back squats wrong anyway and/or ego lift which gets them little progress

florencenoir New member Oct 11, 2018 #4 Both are great for quads. What will dictate your results is not a specific exercise, but your diet and the periodization of the training as a whole. Do you want big quads? Increase the volume, frequency and intensity and eat for your goal.
