Take around 12 to 20 scoops of the triple threat 360,add a small jar of all natural fat free peanut butter, 2 cups of regular oats, 4 egg whites, and 1 cup of spring water....I like to add a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg as well.
Mix contents very well(hard to do)...nuke for 30 seconds, and repeat process until desired consistency....place on wax paper and cut into bars, then place in the fridge, or do as I do, leave in container and eat it by the spoonful before and after the gym....there ya have it....Ranger Gorp Homemade Protein Bars....Yummy and good for the entire family...heh heh heh
