Nice vids CCJ. I am ain't a pro at olympic lifts, but with your snatch, I found it a lot easier to lock the elbows at the top. That takes a lot of the strain off the tris. You could also work out on the whip, increasing your speed, but otherwise, looks REAL good.

On your squat clean, seems like you are muscling up the weight. There is no crispness, but you have the basic idea. I would suggest lowering the weight a little bit, as too little weight tends to throw off your form.
there is no crispness because I was concentrating more on the squat, its much different when you just do a power version with a quarter squat an dnot have to worry about squatting down. I will get it in time.
Actually with the squat verison you use more wieght since you don't have to pull it as high, to shoulder height for the snatch and waist height for the clean. But without bumpers and a platform I'm not willing to go that far I don't really need to these for my goals, just though I'd try em out.
But I maybe joining a proper oly gym with a world class head coach . Just a bit far to travel though.
