I had a back workout 2 days ago.
My left forearm is very sored and i can't really "straighten" the arm.
It feels like regular sored muscles, just the "amount" of soredness is bigger...(if i can express like that).
It is the (outer/back) part of the forearm.
Is there any thing i could do to help the recovery?
