heres my forearm routine that works best for me ...i love the pump i get from it
close grip bench-5 sets 5reps with 3 warmup sets
reverse cambered bar curls- 3 sets 10 reps
wrist curls with barbell- 3 sets 10 reps
v bar pulldowns- 3 sets 10 reps
skull crushers- 3 sets 10 reps
