heres my forearm routine that works best for me ...i love the pump i get from it


close grip bench-5 sets 5reps with 3 warmup sets
reverse cambered bar curls- 3 sets 10 reps
wrist curls with barbell- 3 sets 10 reps
v bar pulldowns- 3 sets 10 reps
skull crushers- 3 sets 10 reps
 
forearm workout?

close grip, v-bar pull downs, and skull crushers...why dont you just do various wrist curl excercises?
 
um.. skull crusher, press downs, and close grip is for your triceps..

im sure forearms are secondary.. but, they dont get THAT much of a work out...

who taught u how to work out

I use straps for deadlifts, but still my forearms get a huge pump anyway. But mostly i do wrist curls and reverse eZbar curls.

ANyone have troulbe holding the bar when doing pronated curls?? How do you fix that? Just get my thumbs stronger :)
