Hey ladies.i had another post in here but i thought it might be better to use her questions and your answers to come up a good post for all women to use about Clenbuterol.I'm going to let her tell you all her questions,concerns,goals & stats right here,right now b/c we are waiting for her acct to get approved for the forum.so here she is.


hi everyone,my name is mrswhitewidow.this will be my first experience with clenbuterol (or anything besides otc fat burners & recreational drugs here and there.)i (roughly..) want to lose 10-15lbs of fat.what type of diet should i be on,what ratio?fat/c/p...how much cardio and at what intensity should i be doing?i train w/weights 3-4 times wk..my eating isn't perfect i def need advice..structuring my diet so that i can maximize fat loss.i'm trying to get 25g of pro per meal/5 times daily,roughly 5-15 g carbs per meal.(from sources like vegs & beans.)i use a sugar/creatine mix(1/2 scoop=16g dextrose)w/1 scoop whey isolate.i do this shake before and after i train.should i keep this consistent?should i eliminate post wkout meal carbs since i workout @ night?we both workout at night and struggle with the should i/shouldn't i carb thing..we usually get done training between 8-9.so do i go to bed on no carbs?i'm drinking lots of water,i sleep good.i think that's it for now but i will reply to your posts.please someone try to leave a day by day/wk by wk dosage chart for a woman on clen.

what are your stats, diet(list food and macros please) training etc...

clen isnt magic. you will see nothing if your diet and training isnt on point.
 
Why 16 grams of Dextrose?
It takes 75 grams to spike your insulin.
Is it just to add flavor?
When I want to lean out I drop sugar across the board.
 
Thank you all so much for your responses.. I am currently eating 6 meals daily/30 g pro,10g carb,4.5 g fat...alternating 1 hr and 30 min high intensity cardio 6 days/wk.strength training 30-60 m /6 days wk..
Please advise if this is consistent w/my goal.

(ww) so that was basic honey...haha.you need to get your own log in info.but anyway...what can she do to dial it in?im no expert so my help is limited.she does cardio and weight training.i advised 30-60m ins daily of cardio uphill at a slower pace...145 bpm range...this good?
 
A trick that Dave Palumbo used to give to people was a 6% incline and to keep your hr at 115 to 120. He said anything after 20 minutes was pure fat burn.
It works too.
*Of course no holding on to anything.
