Hey ladies.i had another post in here but i thought it might be better to use her questions and your answers to come up a good post for all women to use about Clenbuterol.I'm going to let her tell you all her questions,concerns,goals & stats right here,right now b/c we are waiting for her acct to get approved for the forum.so here she is.
hi everyone,my name is mrswhitewidow.this will be my first experience with clenbuterol (or anything besides otc fat burners & recreational drugs here and there.)i (roughly..) want to lose 10-15lbs of fat.what type of diet should i be on,what ratio?fat/c/p...how much cardio and at what intensity should i be doing?i train w/weights 3-4 times wk..my eating isn't perfect i def need advice..structuring my diet so that i can maximize fat loss.i'm trying to get 25g of pro per meal/5 times daily,roughly 5-15 g carbs per meal.(from sources like vegs & beans.)i use a sugar/creatine mix(1/2 scoop=16g dextrose)w/1 scoop whey isolate.i do this shake before and after i train.should i keep this consistent?should i eliminate post wkout meal carbs since i workout @ night?we both workout at night and struggle with the should i/shouldn't i carb thing..we usually get done training between 8-9.so do i go to bed on no carbs?i'm drinking lots of water,i sleep good.i think that's it for now but i will reply to your posts.please someone try to leave a day by day/wk by wk dosage chart for a woman on clen.
