For ST PETE last day of training????

Hey guys this saturday i'll be competing in the ST PETE meet. this is what I want to know tomm i'm going to do my normal DE bench workout, but friday I did DE SQ/DL should I do this again on tuesday or completely skip it. Or just do some speed deads on tuesday. this is a pause/deadlift meet. I havn't recieved my shirt yet :mad: and i sent inzer an email last week which they havn't replied too. I placed the order FEB 25 I thought i woulda had it by now. If I do recieve the shirt sometime this coming week should I do anything in it to see how it "feels" and if I'll be stronger in one or not?????Thanks
 
what do u mean by pause/deadlift meet? im not sure what u mean but i think u meant that the bench press is paused if so yes thats true. as far as the shirt goes if u get it in time maybe you should use it to get the feel of it. i just got my shirt last week and 2morrow will be my second time in it. im gonna skip my deads this week. cause i went pretty heavy last week. and i know what i can do so i should be set for my deads. i just need to work on my bench.
 
How did you send Inzer an email -- they don't have a webpage and John Inzer's email is private?? They do not have apublic email. Just curious. I have John Inzer's email, if you send me your order details I will check on it for you.
 
Freak19 that's what I meant bench-pause. I don't like calling a bench press-pause a bench meet i like calling it a pause meet b/c that's what your doing. And for the training if it get's here this week then i'll see how I "feel" in it and do a few singles or something. About deads I'm just going to do speed deads tomm and maybe some goodmornings.
1dawg what I meant by sending inzer an email ur right it wasn't to inzer it was to extrmpower. If you could do me that favor. the order was under the name James Vulpetti and it was sent from [email protected] I ordered a single denim with velcro back. I think that's all you need,right???? Do yourself a favor and make tommorow wether you lift or not your last day to pick up anything heavier than a 1/2 lb. cheesburger. You will not loose any strenght and chances are you will gain some by being fully recovered for a change. I am realy going in to just help my elbows feel better by giving them some very light tri and bi work. trust me and just eat for the next week.
 
OK GRIMM Thur was my ME bench day and I went lite on the tris b/c they were sore. and friday was my DE SQ/DL day, so should I do anything tomm at all or not touch anything. and I don't like cheeseburgers they have to be plain hamburgers. ;) .Another thing that's bad i checked weight today i'm at 185 and I wanna compete 181 so I'm gonna be carb depleting until friday weigh ins.
 
Maybe just go in and move light weights and work on your technique but thats it. Work with like 135 and work on setting up , weighting for the commands , holding the bar at lockout before the ref says rack and the other little stuff.
 
Hey guys how long is this pause I know in my high school meets it's 1 second or 1 mississipi(really fast). They don't let the weight sink in you right?????
 
It won't be any longer than your used to. Did you get your shirt yet? Stupid question , if you did you would probably be all over this board right now. See Ya tommorow.
