Hey guys this saturday i'll be competing in the ST PETE meet. this is what I want to know tomm i'm going to do my normal DE bench workout, but friday I did DE SQ/DL should I do this again on tuesday or completely skip it. Or just do some speed deads on tuesday. this is a pause/deadlift meet. I havn't recieved my shirt yet
and i sent inzer an email last week which they havn't replied too. I placed the order FEB 25 I thought i woulda had it by now. If I do recieve the shirt sometime this coming week should I do anything in it to see how it "feels" and if I'll be stronger in one or not?????Thanks
