I have to get up at 7 am i nth coming weks fr 2aday practices for football.....what is a good thing to eat before my first practice in the morning at 7am. I kno dairy is not good to eat cuss it curls in ur stomach. So whats a good food to eat before that. Also whats a good food to eat in between breaks of the practices that wont make me sick to my stomach and vomet..but wil give me good energy? please help me out on these!!!!!!!
 
i drink maltodextrin and whey before i train - it does not slow me down..

i used to drink gatorade before and during my two days way back when...
 
Eat some protein and carbs at every meal. During doubles u r burning tons of cals so just eat and eat some more
 
get some weight gain powder and make some shakes.......iss gainer matrix is 100g only 15 sugar and it mixes easily in only 32 oz of water.....doesnt sit heavily in the stomach......
 
Not to be rude, but maybe you should pay atention in English class this year :P

I ate like a pig during football season. I still lost weight. Weight gainer sounds like a good idea for real punch.

If its very hot outside, I wouldn't eat anything an hour before practice/games.
 
Have a bagel, some eggs, and a gatorade about 1.5-2 hours before your first practice. Have a nice sub inbetween with some more gatorade, and when you come home have a nice big healthy diner with lots of protein and carbs. Thats what i used to do...
 
i eat A cup of oatmeal with a scop or 2 of protein mixed in with a cup of green tea and a bannana with tons of water before my 2adays . then during my break a protein shake with a bannana and a a couple rolls of bread . try it it felt better than eating alotta other stuff .
