Hi, I'm warfarin user , which a blood thinner used to treat blood clots in veins and reduce the risk of heart attacks, I would like to know which food to avoid when you are running this drug, the doctor told me to keep an eye on what I eat and consult a nutritionist , but at the moment I can afford it, thank you.

your doctor is a fucking idiot telling you to go to a nutritionist when it takes a simple google search. heaven forbid he interrupts his golf game to help someone out! it says online to avoid these in large amounts:

• Kale.
• Spinach.
• Brussels sprouts.
• Parsley.
• Collard greens.
• Mustard greens.
• Chard.
• Green tea.
