Food Question

My diet used to be pretty crappy. I used to love mcdonald's double quarter pounder and wendy's hamburgers also. For the past few months I've been eating more steak, baked potatoes, and grilled chicken, pasta. Well, the other day I got a double quarter pounder and man was it nasty. I thought it might have been cooked wrong, somebody else tasted it and thought it was great. I'm afraid to try wendy's now.lol Has this ever happened to anyone else? Like once you start eating better quality foods fast foods start to taste nasty?

Yes. You start to taste the grease. Also there is a guilt factor.

It does sit heavy on the stomach after you've eaten clean for awhile, but g4 is right the guilt has to be what makes it the most unpleasant.

If I'm bulking, and eat a double whopper, then it taste better because I feel no guilt. I dont ever want to see grease dripping bulking or not. UGH
