Food/Protien and bulking up???

I am the kind of person who has to always watch what they eat because of a slow metabolism. I can usually eat fairly well and maintain a decent weight and BF % with around 40 minutes of cardio per day.
I have satarted in on a lot of protien low fat meals such as tuna, chicken eggs, and flavored grits. But even eating small frequent meals I get a way too full feeling to get no more than 150g of protien.

So my question is...can you cut down on the volume of foods and use the high protien meal replacement powders?
Can you still get good gains from a cycle if you are using meal replacemnts more than actual meals?

I'd stick with the real foods bro, plus MRP's aren't all that nutritionally good (some simple sugars, sweetners and so forth). I do use protien powders, and MRP's when I dont have time or have to slam down 60g of protien to accomodate my diet needs of 300+ a day.

In other words, you really cannot replace steak, chicken, oatmeal, yams, veggies, which are the basic bodybuilding diet samples-- stick with them and you'll do great.

Supplements are just that - supplements. In short, yes, you can use a protein supplement to hit your protein mark. A pure whey CFM of ion exchange is a good bet.
