Food Before Bed

pure protein and small amounts fat or fiber... no other complex carb or simple carb besides fiber.

So some protein isolate with a teaspoon of flax oil could be a good idea....
 
there are good things to eat before bed 33 percent of you muscle rebuilds as you sleep.... try some of these
Natural PB
cottage cheese
PB and cottage cheese together AWSOME
protein shakes w/ water
I have glutamine chewables which are good 10 tabs per serving
peanuts
or if you want something tasty with sugar alcohol jello or cool whip...non competition only though
 
From my experience nothing feels better than seafood or fish... You are full, but not overloaded in your stomach and you get a shitload of protein through that food...
Shake before I go to sleep feels good, but i usually end up waking up in an hour or two hungry...
 
I eat a regular meal of prot and carbs before I go to bed.....the myth that eating carbs before you go to sleep will make you fat is BS....

this could be true, but it will cause your pancrease to release insulin and insulin interferes with growth hormone releases... growth hormone is released during sleep.. and I think this is the best time to have it.
 
After my last meal supper....i fast for 12 hrs ...then it morn cardio....does a pretty good hatchet job on bodyfat...sure i look flat as hell upon awakeing but after cardio and a large protein meal i literally blow up.
