i wasnt to sure when i was at the store what to grab in regards to the flax oil. so i just bought the pill form 1000mg....i have searched on this and not found to many good answers

anywaysi just wanna know what the dosage should be

You would want to take at least 1 tablespoon a day minimum I would think. 2 tablespoons would be much better.

1 tablespoon would equal about 15 of your pills.
2 tablespoons would equal about 30 pills/day.

This topic has been hit various times... it should have been able to find it in the search. The liquid version is superior to the pills as far as quality as well.

yeah i did find it in there about taking 14 pills per tbsp, but a better question would be should i take this back and get the liqud?....i take like 15 pills already i dont want to take another 15

You take 15 pills daily??? That takes up way too much time, what a hassle. When I heard someone said its equivalent to 15, I didn't think anyone actually took that many.

The one recommendation I can make to you in regards to flax is to buy it in liquid form next time ane make sure you refridgerate it. The compenents contained within the flax are extremely suseptable to higher temps, even room temperature. That's why the expiration dates on flax products is only for a couple of months. The products just don't stay too long. Make sure you keep it in the fridge or if you're not going to use it for a while, freeze it to prolong it's shelf life.
