So many sources of essential fatty acids, so little time...

Seriously, does anyone know which is the best oil for EFAs? I am on a limited budget, so I can't by all of them.

Cod liver is the best for omega 3s for a low budget

i use flax personally for omega threes and eat fish twice a week and use evening primrose for GLA's

gamma-Linolenic Acid it is a EFA in the omega 6 family.
