OK, heres the deal. I read up on the alpha lipoic phenomenon that was a sticky on the anabolic boards. I just got some in today. Right now, I'm dieting, and I'm doing half hour of cardio 4-5 times per week, and eating 6 meals per day, while trying to stay somewhat low carb, but not really. Basically I just have like a slice of whole grain bread with my protein drink for meals and thats my carbs. Plus the milk I drink throughout the day. I am also taking a few gulps of flax per day, and glutamine as well. The ALA I'm taking with meals and taking a gram at a time, as was found to be beneficial per the posts on the anabolic boards.
What I want to know is how flax, ALA, glutamine, low carbs, and DNP would work out together? When , how much, etc. Just looking to see if one counteracts another.
