flabby chest

40-60% of men are reported to have some degree of Gyno.

If you leaned out really well and they are still flabby, you can either work on building monster pecs to eclipse it or go have it taken care of.

People who have a flabby chest due to excess skin can add size to the pec's so that the loose skin now forms over the muscle, I think that's what he meant.

If you have puffy nips and a hard tissue behind it, get gyno surgery and possibly nipple resizement if neccesary. The gyno surgery will take out the lump; hard estrogenic fat, If performed by a well trained cosmetic surgeon, It can benefit you since it now looks like an all muscle chest when you take out the "pointy" part. (nipple area)

When on keto is there a limit to the water you can have also does anybody have any links to read up on it

The only danger of TOO much water that I know of is during excersise you can lose alot of salt and cause your brain to swell. You also lose electrolytes from pissing like a race horse.

Hi all, I'm new here.
Five years ago I got a, uh, boob job. I used to be a fat kid (5'5", 180lbs), but once I dropped to 150 from dieting I still had saggy man tits so I got surgery. Now I've been working out for a year and a half, and having the boobs before benefit me. The ends of the tissue was lobbed off, so that area looks like solid pecs now. Of course, lifting definitely contributed to it. The surgery was done by cutting around the edge of the, uh, nipple "saucer", so there's no noticable scar. Also, it was covered by insurance!

how long after surgery did it take your chest to heal up i am going to try and do as much as i can though exercise and diet to try and avoid that but how long does it take to heal up?

spyder, if the lump is hard behind the nipple then you are very likely going to have to have surgery to remove it. If it is just a soft fat then you can try dieting. It can take a few months to heal and before it looks better, it will look worst because of swelling. It's definately worth it though.

Oh man, after the surgery I had to wear this thing that I'd describe as a padded sports bra. It wasn't fun. I had to sleep on my back for about two months too, which sucked because I used to always sleep on my stomach. I'd say it was all healed up and didn't hurt a bit after about three months.
But I'm telling you, it was worth it! :D
