At 55,I'm 5'9'',207 lb.,sport a 47'' chest(48.5" chest expanded),a 40'' waist
and 18.5'' biceps.Am I freakishly built,since I am NOT a workout warrior
(except for my ability to walk nine miles in two-and-three quarters hours),and since I'm a Type Two Diabetic who wishes to reduce my waist
size to 33''-35'',could you give me(A)Some cardiovascular and strength-
maintenance exercises and (B)A weight goal consistent with my age,
build and medical condition?Thanks,boys.
