Barbequed Chicken

“Don Lemmon’s Know How”
Ingredients:
5 Boned and Skinned Chicken Breast Halves
1 Small Onion, chopped
1 Small Can Tomato Paste
1 Large Clove Garlic, minced
2 tbsp. Worcester Sauce
2 tbsp. Cider Vinegar
¼ cp. Pickle Relish
¼ cp. Red or White Wine
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
Preparation:
Mix all sauce ingredients and pour over the chicken breasts in a crock-pot.
Cook at low for 5 hours.
