Fit Chicks - I Need To Give A Guuurl Some Advise

FIT CHICKIES!!!

A friend of mine is not in bad shape.. I think she is in perfect shape but she says that wants to drop some weight... She is 5'3 and 127 (23 years old). Not an ounce of fat on her at all - believe me I have inspected her.. I think she probably wants abs or something.. She wanted to do clen but I told her no because of the heart issues associated and I do not want anything bad happening to this girl - she is to nice... I want to set her up with a decent plan. I know what works for me but I am a 6"2' 270 pound man with different goals.. My routines will not work for her...

I was thinking about giving her some Berardi articles to start from... Pls give me some basic ideas...

what should I multiply her bodyweight by to get a baseline on calories...

Do girls need more carbs???

What supplements do you recommend.. I like hot-rox, does farenhiet work well.

I want to get her on the boards but she is nervous....
 
Please take a look at all the stickies at the top. Or better, have the girl get on the boards & take responsibility for educating herself!
 
sorry about being vague - i will research.. pls mention a thread or two that applies to someone in decent shape just trying to drop about 10 lbs... Cut me some slack here, after all i am just a man... :chomp:

it is SOOOO much easier posting questions about yourself... again i appologize... i am practically groveling...

With a tight diet and cardio...I feel its a 30% boost in terms of sticky fat loss
 
Cardio Breeze is a non-thermo kick for cardio -- LOVE it.
Thermorexin - good OTC thermo, can also cycle on & off every 2 weeks or so w/ any other OTC thermo if she has one already.

All at the AF Store.

Diet and training are still key.
 
This girl is jacked -- she trains all the time... I am not even really sure why she is asking me.. THANKS AGAIN GIRLS!! MUCH APPPRECIATED...

Levorex Is also a non-stim that I use to stack with T-rex

Cardio Breeze is my supp of choice as well...

To give myself a break from T-Rex, I started Dietex (w/ Hoodia) to curb my appetite, and it's finally wokring...
