First timer - looking at only sustanon/winstrol for 1st cycle

Hey all, I'm sorry if you're reading this and thinking ZOMFG not another question like this?!

BUT! One must be ignorant before he can know what's what, and I'd rather ask then not ask and regret it.

So, I'm looking at starting a cycle of only sustanon 250, and then near the end of it starting winstrol, too.

Question 1: Will there be benefits to doing these at different times? That is to say, will I be better off taking sust for 8 weeks and from the 8th week start taking winstrol? Or would I get the same gains (fat loss) if taken together from day 1?

My diet is quite strict and I train very hard. I have a lot of OTC supplements such as Animal M Stak, Whey, Creatine, BCAAs etc. I eat a high amount of carbs and protein atm for stacking.

Question 2: Will I feel more hungry when on the sust? Or will have to be careful to make sure I eat more so that my body stays anabolic?

As said, I train quite hard. My regime currently is:

  • Day 1 - Chest / Bis
  • Day 2 - Back / Tris / Abs
  • Day 3 - Quads / Hammys
  • Day 4 - Shoulders / Calvs / Abs
  • Day 5 - Rest
Question 3: Can I expect strength gains with using only sust? I ask in respect to not using deca as I was going to but don't have the cash right now. Also, will the strength gains last once the tests are out of my system?

I'm planning to take an anti-estrogen along with the sust and once I come off it, a week later I will be taking clomid/ovinum.

The cycle I'm planning to take is as follows:
Weeks 1-3 Sust @ 1000mg/week
Weeks 4-6 Sust @ 750mg/week
Weeks 7-10 Sust @ 500mg/week

Is that a good cycle? Can I make improvements on it?
Also, is there anything else I should take post cycle to induce natural test production?

My profile:
Height: 6'3
Weight: 228 lbs
Bodyfat: Unknown but quite high, around 20% I'm assuming
Biceps: 16' (to give an idea of muscle)

Goal: My goal is the usual, cut fat and get big. I think that if I could get my biceps to around 18' I'd be happy, generalising that my body would be proportionate I think I'd be at a good size.

As I said if I could afford the deca, as well, I'd be getting that too.

i feel the need to advice u about sust(depending on manufacturer) can be very painfull,i did mi 2'th shot yesterday of 500,mi first shot was tolerable but the second one i had to take a bath in the middle of the night because of the unbelievable pain that comes 5-6 h after injection and seems to last 3-5 days for me,makes even sitting on the toilet a chalenge for me,but then again every person responds differently maybe your lucky

No,no,no and no,first off how old are you,Im assuming this is your first cycle,correct?And no none what your planning is correct,give us a little more background info and youll get the advice you need.

As for dani_nad's response,not true,generally sustanon is painless,mabey a little lump but not bad at all as long as you use proper methods.Either youve gotten your hands on some dirty UG test or you have an infection,or like you said you may just have a bad reaction to the compound or the oils.(you can start a thread and get alot of good responses to help you with your issue also,and use spell check bro,lol)

9-12 Winny

week 13 start PCT

Other thoughts:
1. If you're at 20% BF then your diet and training isn't strict. (Unless you've only been working out a week and consider it strict over that time period)
2. 20% bodyfat makes the propensity for estrogen related side effects higher than someone who was leaner. Work on cutting before anything.
3. You probably haven't been lifting long enough to jump on anabolics.
4. Deca isn't worth running at your level. You'll probably just get fat from it.
 
Not sure age here but I can tell you if your sitting at 20 bf or probably more then there is no way you have been training long enough, dieting hard enough, and motivated long enough to do a cycle. Plus the cycle youve chosen is way off from the goals and what is needed. Its tough to work all natty and get to 10% bf while you have gear in mind but you need to show restraint and put in the proper work to BUILD PROPER HABBITS that will carry you through the cycle, more importantly while your off the gear so youll keep the gains. Trust me and the bros you arent ready
 
Hey all! Massive apologies for typing that cycle! That was an error.

What I meant was:
Week 1 - 4: 1ml EOD
Week 5 - 8: 0.75ml EOD
Week 9 - 10+: 0.5ml EOD

Sorry for confusion.

Age is 22 btw and I've only been dieting and training hard for 1 month, I've been training all my life but only about a month with serious dieting, training and form.
 
Way to young to screw yourself up. Correct your diet issues first never take AAS when your BF is that high. Work your way down to 15% BF.
