Hi ladies, I have been an Internet junkie over var for the past 3 months, some moron told me var would be the coolest, best aas to try for my first cycle. He had which seemed little knowledge so I've done my best on educating myself. I am the only healthy person in my family besides my mother she's taught me healthy eating and i taught myself exercise and weight training. I still consider myself very new and I'm trying my best to educate myself. I am 26,120 lbs,13% bf. I am trying hard to gain more muscle. I recently started var at 10 MG once a day, at week 1 i noticed a huge issue with BP so i dropped to 2.5 for a week then bumped to 2.5 twice a day and I've been feeling great. Workouts, recovery everything is great. Noticing barely small muscle gain, drinking casein once during breakfast and once at night after work out before bed. I have 2 small children and work pt so my workouts are always around 11 to 12 at night. I was thinking about adding a small dose of primo depot maybe 25 first week and 50 2nd through 4th week and then I should be coming off my 8 week cycle of var. My question is would this be ok as a first time cycle regimen, if i had light bp issues at too high dose of var will i be ok with primo? I also lowered my sodium intake majorly after the first week of var. Any kind words of advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ladies.
