First time using Clenbuterol ...

Okay, I'm sorry to be asking questions you guys are probably tired of hearing over and over again but how many pills should I stop at a day. I'm going to start my first day of taking Clen with 1 pill, the 2nd day with 2 pills, the 3rd day with 3 pills and so on so forth. I'm 19 and a female, about 5'5 and 135 lbs.

I'm going to try the 2 weeks on/2weeks off and then take Trex on my off cycle. I was wondering on how I should take those as well. Also, how much Taurine, Potassium and Magnesium I need to take.

I've been reading a lot on this board and its my first time to take Clen and I want to do it right because I don't want to end up in the hospital or something, lol. So please give me the best advice you've got.

First off, Welcome! :)

Best advice? Don't take clen. Post up stats, training regimen, diet and goals. Ladies on this board will then give you some direction as to what, when and how.

Actually, my advice as well.

But to your questions - not knowing whatever kind of pills you have, just like with any "controlled substance" you absolutely have to remember that everyone has their own body chemistry and will respond in different ways - that's way its a controlled substance and you are self-medicating - therefore there are "observational guidelines" but generally you are your very own petri dish.

The conservative approach is like you said - start w/ 1 pill. See how you feel. Don't just force yourself to take whatever people "prescribe" for you because clen in particular can really make the day suck if you are sensitive to it. Whatever you have may be underdosed as well - so 3 outcomes - you feel nothing, you can handle the jitters, etc or you can't handle the sides. If you feel nothing, you can do 1 tab in the afternoon (better not past 3 pm so it doesn't affect your sleep). If you can handle the sides but its a bit rough, just wait and increase the dose the next morning. If its just bad, either hold off for another day or stick to the same dose because your receptors will be starting the tolerance building. And just keep going forward on a step-wise basis.

Clen is such that if the sides are rough you can usually just drink a lot of water, ride it out until the dose wears off & just back off or stop. And absolutely, TIGHT DIET & TRAINING.

My laptop is locking up right now, i can't find the taurine, etc dosages. If you don't know what doses at least just take it like it says on the bottle.

First, listen to these ladies. I wish I had, regarding my whole DNP fiasco.
Clen is really, really tough on the heart and lungs. You could do some serious long term damage... and I hope you aren't stacking it with T3. You don't want to screw around with your thyroid function. Bad.

You should try Stimulant X and Hydroxycut Hardcore first, and see if they work for you. They are pretty powerful, so you will also have to start out slowly and guage your tolerance.

Also re: clen, everyone I know who has done it has been prepping for a comp, and they all say that the fat comes right back on as soon as they stop taking it, no matter how clean their diet is.

And, at risk of sounding redundant... If you want to see your results, you have to make permanent lifestyle changes. If you change your diet temporarily, your body will change temporarily.

First things first, I'm a male and my experiences will be different than yours. Plus I've got 70-Lbs on you. But, the more info you have the more of an "informed" decision you can make. I'm currently on a cycle of Clen, been on two weeks now. The only side-effects I've noticed are minor muscle cramps and just a little bit of hand tremors, nothing major at all. Added 1000 mg of Potassium Gluconate to combat the muscle cramps. But, I've always been able to handle stuff like ECA stack, Thermadren, Etc.

My dosing is;
20mg/day1
40mg/day2
60mg/day3
80mg/day4
80mg/day5
100mg/day6
100mg/day7
120mg/day8-16
then cycle down the same way as cycle up.

You're idea of starting with 1-pill/day1, 2-pills/day2 is good. But, don't take multiple pills at the same time. Spread them out during the day a couple hours between doses. Also, your max dose will probably be around 60mg.
Of course you're diet and exercise/cardio needs to be in order.

Do a search on this board for "Clenbuterol" and read all the posts you can.(that's how I found this post) You can also do a "Google" search for Clenbuterol and click on the "images" tab at the top and you can get dozens of pics of real "clen". This way you can make sure you're pills are legit. Also, Clen usually isn't "faked" or "underdosed".

PLEASE remember that no one on here is giving professional advice. You've got to read everything you can and make the decisions that are best for you.
