First Time Gear User with Questions

Hey there,

I am a first time gear user. I have used two full cycles of pro hormones, specifically Epi 2a 3a Epistane. On my second cycle I used a PCT. the first one I stupidly did not. And got very slight gyno.

I train in a crossfit gym 5-6x a week with 2-3 days of accessory work depending on how I feel. My personality is very competitive and our gym is a competitive gym. I would like help determining what cycle is best for me. I am in decent shape, with a somewhat lean physique. But I could definitely lose about 10-15 pounds to be more competitive.

My question is, what cycle would be ideal for me to minimize side effects (gyno, ED, hairloss, etc), lean out and gain strength. Basically what everyone wants haha.

Im sure you guys get this question all the time. But I would like some experienced opinions.

You're just gonna get variations of the same answers:
1. Stats?
2. Do research
3. 500mg/wk test

Welcome to the EF forums dm! Basically what zmjy said, we need your stats for a complete answer, 500mg/wk of test is a good start, and many bodybuilders don't like crossfit.
 
If you're goal is to lose 10-15 pounds AAS is not the answer.

If you're a crossfitter (which is fine) AAS is not the answer.

Kipping is a gymnastic movement that teaches you motor neuron control. Its purpose is far removed from that of a strict pull up.. something crossfitters do A LOT of.

Dont be hating bro.. repect other dicaplins. I am a crossfitter yet i respect bodybuilding big time.

Nothing wrong with doing a 500pound plus deadlift and a six minute mile in one day.

Seems to be a lot of trolls on here. Who cares what type of training you're doing man.

To answer your question a nice beginning cycle will be Test Enanthate. 200-400mg a week. You do more than that your endurance will plateau. Do some research on SARMS if you stumble upon a good source that would be the way to go before you start a cycle.
