Hello everyone,
I have made the decision to do an amateur show approximately 1 year from now.
This is an amateur show as I have never done a show before.
My stats:
30 years old.
Training off and on for 8 years.
Have some decent mass but a higher bodyfat count, probably high 20's - low 30's.
Currently weigh in at 252 pounds, 5 foot 10.
My question involves planning a course of action.
Originally, I planned on training as hard as I possibly could until July.
At that point, I would begin a 20 week precontest diet and drop a majority of bodyfat.
- I am not too sure if I should begin cardio now, or if I should be focusing on
mass building?
Any help would be appreciated.
