First pct after test and Dec and mixing hcg

So I have 3 weeks left of my cycle and was told I should have started running hcg already. Also told to use it like this

Run hcg 1000 iu per week ( or 2 x 500iu split during week ) Id also jump on the adex tab daily for a 2 weeks then tab every 2 days upto pct .
Only start your pct 2 weeks after last injections of test/deca - though carry on running hcg uptil pct. Nolva 20 mg and clomid 100 mg each day for 3 weeks bud ( dont use hcg in pct )

I have got the hcg in a 5000iu bottle but it only comes with 1ml water to mix is that normal as it don't seem a lot.. When I used it last night after watching some YouTube video .. Didn't look like a lot in the tube I injected? Or is this me thinking to much first time

First thing, continue running the Test for two weeks after you stop the deca. This will allow the Deca to clear a little bit longer before you start PCT.

Start running the HCG now, and use it up until the start of PCT. You can use it for the first week of PCT as well if you would like. I would start the Adex now as well and run it all the way through PCT. 1mg 2 times weekly is a good place to start, then drop to .5mg twice weekly one your PCT starts.

For PCT, run the Clomid at 50mg per day for the first 15 days, then drop the dosage to 25mg for the next 15 days. There is no need to run more than 50mg of Clomid. Run 20mg of Nolva for 42 days. Run the adex at .5mg two times per week for the entire 42 days.

1ml is fine to reconstitute the HCG. You will only be pinning a miniscule amount of HCG each time. If you would like more, you can pick up Bac Water or Sterile Water on many supply sites.
