First HGH cycle with Anabolics

My name is Spartan and i've started my first HGH cycle along with anabolics about 2 weeks ago. I will be providing body measurements along with supplementation and diet info. My goals are to achieve 12 pounds of lean muscle tissue while slashing bodyfat to 15%. I'm a big boy as you can see in my pic gallery but i'd like to get more people asking me if i compete than if i play football. Here is what i'm currently taking.

425 mg. Test Cyp every week
350 mg. Deca every week
3 iu's Blue tops every day
.5 mg Arimidex everyday

* please note i'll be adding Test prop in 2 weeks to put my test levels at 700 mg per week. That means i'll shoot 125 mg. Prop EOD. If your wondering why i would use long esters and short esters together i honestly get better results with less estrogenic sides. I always taper with prop as well so i can monitor PCT more efficiently. When i add Prop i may even lower the Cyp. somewhat as well. I will also use anavar or winny (which ever i can afford) towards the last 5 weeks of my 13 week cycle. HGH has started kiicking in as i felt a slight numbing affect in my hands yesterday. I will hopefully run HGH for 6 months if cash isn't an issue.

* I must note i train 5-6 days a week and i will be training MMA as well at a local school. Here is what i ate today.

Breakfast: Bagel and protein shake
2 meal: 15 oz. NY strip with brown rice - Acai juice mixed with green tea.
3 meal: 7 oz. NY strip with brown rice
4 meal: 1 lg. grilled chicken with sauce and huge serving of sauteed green beans with almonds
5 meal: candy (DOH!), popcorn (went to movies dayum it) . BSN LEan dessert two scoops with Milk
6 Meal: none

* i will try to be cleaning up my diet as i know its a mess. I struggle with eating clean but never have an issue getting 250-300 grams of protein in.


Current Supplementation regimen:

Sesapure - 4 tabs
Fish oil - 4 tabs (i'll provide exact dosage soon)
Milk Thistle - 500 mg /ED
* I plan on adding AIFM when i increase dosages of test.
BSN Cellmass - 10 grams of creatine baby! i love this shit.

what made you decide to run the GH?

i've been juicing for 2 years straight and seem to struggle with bodyfat and HGH may help me stay lean so i don't have to do crash dieting and lose lean muscle. Another reason, hyperplasia - the ability to grow new muscle cells. With that being said, i'm fully aware i'll need to run it at least 6 months and i may increase my dosage from 3 iu's to 5 next kit. So far, i've not had any bad sides from the HGH other than slight numbness in my hands every now and then.

Today i'm finally starting to feel the compounding of the Test/Deca. Being out of the gym for 3 days made me a madman today. Interesting enough (you fellow juicers may understand), I knew i was going to have a kickass day because my muscles seemed to be very full and engorged with blood without even lifting. I found myself flexing all the time just to get the affect. Fucking Phenomenal!!!

Today here is what did in the gym. It was a bit strange but sometimes i don't lift traditional as i normally due (i.e back & bi's, chest & tri's). I'm trying to bring up my deltoids which are laging. So here's what i did.

Bench-

315 X 6 (than drop set of 225 X 8) ouch.

(I always do bench a different day than chest when I'm on cycle because i'm really trying to get my bench back up to 415 X 1 where i normally am. I'm very far behind but thank you muscle memory. <--- i'll enjoy getting it back.

Breafast - Protein shake and donuts (don't slap me i know)
Meal 2: 3 chicken tacos on Lowfat tortillas with tomato (i usually opt for whole-grain instead of LF i might add)
Meal 3: Protein shake - BSN lean Dessert with 8 oz. milk also Cellmass 5 grams of CEE
Meal 4: Sushi - healthy roll with lean maguro tuna and seaweed. Acai juice with green tea
meal 5: Beef Filet (extremely lean) and brown rice
Meal 6: pork tenderloin with brown rice
 
do you think your diet is more to blame for you Bf level? why have you been on for 2 years straight?

i should have elaborated, i've been juicing for 2 years but have taken breaks. I don't believe in the time ON time OFF approach because you are never able to truely build a freakish physique cause you've got too many peaks in valleys. I typically run a cycle for 3-4 months than take 45 days off then i follow up with a shorter cycle lets say 6 weeks than i take another 45 days off for PCT. I'm know my diet is the reason i carry higher BF but i'm an EX chef and a bigtime foodie/wino. I can't help it. I understand nutrition better than most but my discipline lacks. Any suggestions? Diet so far today. I plan on doing cardio 4 X week also.. forgot to mention that!

Breakfast- lean pork (8 oz.) and 1 cup LF granola with skim milk
Meal 2: Grilled Chicken sandwich from Mcdonalds
meal 3: 13 oz. lean pork and lean cuisine pizza. Acai juice and 12 oz. green tea.
 
well the cardio will help for sure. personally I stick to the stairs after weights for bout 20-30min. Diet wise, I would drop all fast food and simple sugars/sweets/candy ect. If your short on time protein bars like VPX zero impact are great meal replacements with a good nutritional profile or of course shakes are simple as well.

btw whats your height and weight?

i'm six ft. and 245lbs. My arms are 18 inches cold flexed. i appreciate the advice on the diet but i struggle with self-discipline and have a hard time not having a few cheat meals every week. I have leaned out to 220lbs. this past year and hope to get back there.
 
have you gotten your BF tested? at 220? at 245?

personally i too struggled for years not cheating on all my diets, but I will tell you it does get easier over time. Just stay motivated and have big goals, you will get it under control.

My donut fetish usually only happens once a week at the most twice. I normally try to do extra cardio to compensate but i can only imagine how eating 2500 calories in one meal affects me. Today my hands and feet were ridiculously swollen (HGH). I could not wear my wedding ring or watch. My wrestling shoes i wear to lift were stretched out like crazy. I popped a Diovan just in case the bloat affects my blood pressure. Normally i don't get too elevated but i have Diovan on hand in case. I also started pharmacuetical grade Arimidex and i'm looking forward to throwing my bottles of liquid AI's in the garbage. Meals were decent today

Breakfast: lean pork and LF granola 1/4 cup w/ coffee and green tea
Meal 2: 2 Vietnamese spring rolls with fish sauce
5 oz. grilled chicen
Meal 3: 8 oz. pork
Meal 4: I Ostrich Jerky - 25 grams of protein
Meal 5: pasta and seafood, coconut milk, Large serving of steamed brocolli
Meal 6: 1 can of tuna and 2 Apex protein cookies

* Diet still lacks integrity and tomorrow i'm going fishing at 5:30 AM and i don't have shit prepared so another day of MRP's and protein bars.

I added TrimSpa (got it on clearance)

I did workout and will post workout tomorrow. gotta get some Z's. I'm going to post some goals tomorrow as well. Concrete hard goals that i want to attain. If any one is listening, how long with HGH stay good out of the refrigerator?

I appreciate the help and welcome it. And donuts i promise i won't touch and if i do i'll let you know or it would be pointless to keep this blog. I work from home so making my meals really is that much of a bother too which is a good thing.
 
glad to hear it. personally when I changed my diet and eliminated all bad foods, my body has changed incredibly. now i easily maintain sub 10% bf year round.

sub 10? damn. i get to 15% once a year around summer and then i just stay jacked and huge. Is it hard to eat clean real often? how often do you cheat? here's my diet for the day

Breakfast: handful of PB filled pretzels and 2 egg whites
Meal 2: Eye of round steak and Vietnames soup
Meal 3: Same
Meal 4: 2 chicken breasts and brocolli
Meal 5: $45 worth of sushi. pretty healthy but the rice probably was too many carbs

not hard to eat clean year round. I dont drink alcohol either. EVER! Its been a slow long process, but every year my eating habits improved. Now what I consider a "cheat" meal would be the quiznos chicken sandwich I had yesterday...not donuts or pizza... becomes second nature to eat like this.

with that said tonight Ill prob have a lil cheat meal cause my girl is competing in a figure show, after everyone heads to chessecake factory. That should be interesting!

I know what you mean.. when i diet twice a year i do find you body gets use to it and i've even found that extremely greasy or fried foods turned my stomach inside out.
 
well I'm into week 4 and i've had a minor setback in my gameplan. It seems my sides from HGH have really got me side tracked. I am currently taking Diovan 160 mg. for blood pressure along with Lasix 20mg. EOD. Now i have been advised to drink more water, which i'll be honest i haven't been doing it. I know i know.. don't flame me because i am responsible for the most part. So moving forward i'll discontinue creatine intake, lower deca just a tad and increase water dramatically. I'll run one more month of HGH and if i can't get rid of back pumps and swollen hands/feet i'm done with it. Reward/Risk ratio for me as we speak i'd have to say NOT WORTH IT. My gains are significant.

I apologize for not really updating my blog as much as necessary. I promise i'll be adding for intake daily as well as measurements and more pics.

Here is what i've eaten so far today:

Breakfast - 1 english muffin, 1 egg, 2 slices of lean ham, 1 slice cheese and green tea 16 oz.
Meal 2: Oh yeah bar - 25 grams protein / Ostrich Jerky 22 grams protein
Meal 3: 12 oz. steamed fish (dover) and 9 oz. Bison steak ( 2 grams of fat and 20 grams protein) / 1 package of peanut M&M's.

Aren't M&M's a better bad decision? lol <--- that's an old Bill Phillips line. My my blood pressure is through the roof. I had no idea HGH would do this. Today i plan on doing 30 minutes of extra cardio to compensate for the M&M's.

about the BP, are you watching your sodium intake? tried taurine? or a light water pill? hydrating more, ie 2 gallons a day min?

I dont have any experience with GH so I cant help ya there.

but you diet on the other hand still needs work!
 
here what i ate today:

Meal 5: 14 oz. Steak with baked sweet potato (dry) and steamed brocolli
Meal 6: 100 calorie Kettle corn popcorn and 6 oz. lean steak.

* i'm drinking a gallon of water every day this week. I also have an amazing result from just 3 weeks of HGH use. My wrinkles on my eyes and foreheard are less and skin looking healthy. My wife agreed for validation. I'm VERY happy to know i'm looking younger than 31!

We'll i've been juicing pretty much nonstop for 3 years. I've probably done 3or 4 full PCT's time on = time off, with small 30-60 rests in between cycles. I've never had more complications than the cycle i'm on now. The HGH is definitely real but it seems i'm having sore nipples now for the first time and i can only conclude it has something to do with it. I'm doing a cycle which consists of Test Cyp/Deca and Test Prop EOD. I am going to discontinue long esters and finish off with Prop and winny to make sure i don't have any further issues. I'll cut my cycle to 7 weeks versus 12 i had planned for.

I'm feeling more lethargic but that could be due to high blood pressure and the fact i'm carrying 12 more pounds than i did before. My erections aren't 100% hard but that is probably due to the fact my blood flow is f'd up hence the horrible back pumps i get (which i think i'm mentioned a few hundred times. lol) I don't honestly feel good so it's time to come off. I ordered another GH kit. I definitely need to stop using long estered compounds since i'm trying to cut weight. At 250 i'm way over weight. Arms are 18 which is nice and my traps are jacked.

yeah i'm still a big boy. I hid it well in the pics and i dropped all the water. I'm probably 10 lbs. heavier, most BF from these pics but still have all the muscle if not more. Thanks for the compliments. I've come along way.. the diet is so hard for me though.

Well i've been on pretty steadily. I've done some PCT here and there to give the receptors some rest and get off meds completely but many times i'll be on for 12-16 week cycle rest 2 months and back on. I don't like the peaks and valleys of Time on = Time off. It's counterproductive to building your best physique and i lose way too much mass while being Off.
 
Well it's been a week or so since i posted and i'm finally through the hell i had (blood pressure/back pumps/major swelling) which of course was all chemically induced. I'm not sure if it was the HGH or AS but i'm leaning towards the synergy of both but i literally have felt like shit for over 2 weeks and had a hard time getting through a workout.

I took deca out of the mix, lowered GH to 2 iu's a day versus 3 and also take 1-2 days off a week for HGH. This week i feel great and can finally do cardio and workout without being so miserable. I still of course have discomfort in my hands due to swelling. When i have over 315 lb. on bench my hands feel like they are going to expload. So lets talk HGH- what can i say - worth it? Absolutely! my since of well-being is high and my wife says i look much younger with healthier skin. I amazed i had this result with just one kit under my belt. I haven't noticed much "leaning out" affects of the GH but then again i haven't been true to my diet. I'll post diet and workout later tonight.

The diet needs a lot of work in order to get the most out of your gym work.
It takes time on the diet, but the rest seems in line and your working hard in the gym.
 
Dude, you complain about hand swelling on GH, people including me have told you to watch your salt intake. In every single blog post about your diet you are eating some kind of jerky! What do you think is in jerky? Sodium! That will also with GH cause high blood presure. Damn I wish I would have read this before. Stop eating jerky it is messing you up! Your sodium intake should be in the 400-500mg per day max!!! Or take potassium to get the salt/water out of your body. Don't eat popcorn, or jerky if you need protien get a powdered sup, how about tuna, cottage cheese, chicken breast, egg whites, soy (tofu).

BTW nice transformation! That is alot of hard work. The last 10% of body fat will peel off once your diet is clean. I am 41 I eat decent until night when I have my issues but I maintain BF from 8-13% year round. And yes I used to be 40% BF, before my devorce.

I slacked off a week with my blog but i'm back. I had to travel to see "in-laws" and such and such. I've been able to maintain my training while out of town and my diet is actually very good. Now that most of the GH bloat is gone i can see more detail in my muscles/face/stomach. That HGH was just not for me. Sucks because it really works i just couldn't handle the high BP. Anyway, here was my workout today and diet.

I've tightened up my diet this week. I bought a new bad ass shirt that would not look good until i drop 10 lbs. and i hung it up in my office so i see it everyday. I watched " The Biggest Loser" today which kinda motivated me. Those trainers are hardcore.

(Added some Winny 50 mg ED and i'm hard like a rock)

Breakfast:
2 egg whites
1 large bowl Kashi Go Lean

Meal 2:
8 oz. Ham
1 wheat tortilla w/ low fat cheese

Meal 3:
Oh Yeah Bar
6 oz. Ham

Meal 4:
homemade soup (Fat free)
chicken breast
egg plant, tomatos, onions, carrots, corn on cobb, cilantro, lime, chicken broth

Meal 5:
Isopure MRP shake (post workout)
5 slices of frozen banana

meal 6:
homemade soup
4 oz. ham

meal 7:
1 Skinny cow ice cream sandwich ( 90 calories)
small bowl Grape nuts with Splenda
3 oz. chicken

still think you a high on the salt intake with all that ham. also you NEED more protein!!!!!

You know bro it's extremely difficult for me to hold back on the salt. I mean, it's not like i'm pouring salt on my foods but i do realize sodium in canned goods, jerky , etc. are high and i'm really gonna try to eat more clean.
 
I am seriously amazed that you can grow eating that little. Some days you only had 3 meals, and the protein was so low.

You need to get into the bb mindset. Write out a diet and eat the same shit everyday except for a few cheat meals. That way you can gauge what needs to be added (to grow) or removed (to loose some weight).

Your meals should be healthier and get rid of the sodium, you only need it because you eat so much of it, your body will get used to it without it. And the sugar isn't any better. Have the sugar post workout for your insulin spike and that is it.

So my suggestion:

meal 1
oatmeal, protein powder, tbsp natural peanut butter

meal 2,3,4
lean meat, brown rice or yam, veggies, flax oil

post workout meal 5
gatorade, whey

meal 6
casein protein, 1/2 package of sugar free jello pudding
this will help your sweet tooth, make a yummy pudding.

I don't know your weight so I didn't put the portion amounts, but you can fill that in :)

Another option is for meal 1 you could use oats, egg whites, make a pancake with it, then put sugar free yogurt on it. YUMMY :)

You need to get into the bb mindset. Write out a diet and eat the same shit everyday except for a few cheat meals. That way you can gauge what needs to be added (to grow) or removed (to loose some weight).

Your meals should be healthier and get rid of the sodium, you only need it because you eat so much of it, your body will get used to it without it. And the sugar isn't any better. Have the sugar post workout for your insulin spike and that is it.

So my suggestion:

meal 1
oatmeal, protein powder, tbsp natural peanut butter

meal 2,3,4
lean meat, brown rice or yam, veggies, flax oil

post workout meal 5
gatorade, whey

meal 6
casein protein, 1/2 package of sugar free jello pudding
this will help your sweet tooth, make a yummy pudding.

I don't know your weight so I didn't put the portion amounts, but you can fill that in :)

Another option is for meal 1 you could use oats, egg whites, make a pancake with it, then put sugar free yogurt on it. YUMMY :)
