First cycle

Hey im a 34 yr old male starting my first cycle. I am doing Test E 250 per week. I am moving my shot day up 1 day per week will i get better results. And any other sugestions would be great...

Cool man. You could do a cycle of 250 a week, but the average first cycle is 500 a week. Two shots. One Monday and one Thursday to keep blood levels stable. 250 mg a week probably isn't going to do anything for you.
 
how many years are you lifting ?

what does your pct look like ?

what have you got in-hand to combat sides?

are you using an AI ?

are you going to use hcg ?

250 is a tad low, 700 is too high, 500 is a sweet spot among many, so likely will be for you. I'm interested to see your response to columbos questions though. They are vital

People say that so that you can see what the test is going to do to your body, and how your body reacts. Common sense tells you to start out at a low dose, then work your way up. But the benefits to sides ratio is to high to not run it 500 week in my opinion. Your sides probably wont be much different running 500 then 250, but your benefit will probably greatly increase. Also, columbo asked some great questions. You need to know the answer to all of those right off the top of your head before beginning a cycle. And you've already started, then I say find out the answers to them fast!
