First cycle

Hello every one. I'm new to this forum. I have been lifting since 2010, I've lost and overall 80 Pounds putting me at my lowest of 170lbs. At the time I dropped that much weight I did it fast and lost A lot of Muscle mass because I thought cardio and a low calorie diet would give me that shredded look.

Long story short I've added Some lean body mass along with some lovely fat.

I've been researching for over a year now on AAS. I've decided to hop on the juice. My first cycle will consist of Testosterone Cypionate 500mg a week 1st shot Monday's 2nd shot Thursday's 250mg each. I'll be running this for 12 weeks beginning November 1st.

As far a PCT I will be using Clomid 2 weeks after my last shot running it at
100mg a day for the 1st week
50mg a day for the 2nd and 3rd week

And possibly some hcg if I can get my hands on it.

My current stats are

28 years old
195lbs/ 18% BF which puts me at around 160lbs LBM

Squat 315lb
Deadlift 375lb
Bench 225lb

My diet will be as follows depending on the feedback I will get from you guys:

Protein 200g
Fats 60g
Carbs 300g
Total calories 2,540


All source of protein will be lean meats, eggs and egg whites and isolated whey from ALLMAX nutrition.

Fats - Olive oil, Fish Oil and maybe some Avocado

Carbs on Training days will be: Sweet Potatos, Brown rice, quinoa, oatmeal

Carbs on Non-Lifting days- Kale, Spinach, Aspargus, Broccoli and maybe 1/2 cup or 1 cup of oatmeal for breakfast depending on how I see my body change through out the weeks.

On week 6 of my cycle I will start cutting my Carbs to maybe 150g on Lifting days and taking maybe 50g off a week adjusting accordingly to how I feel and look in the mirror and increase my cardio by 15 minutes (total 45 minutes cardio with my warmup)

I'm considering throwing in Some oral Winstrol on Week 6 50mg a day until the end of the 12 week Cycle.

Other Supplements I will be using:
BCAAs during my workout
Isoflex post work
Glutamine Post work out
CaseinFx Before bed
CLA before bed
Multi Vitamin

This is my first time posting here. I want to do this the right way and make the best of it. I know some of you will bash me and tell me I can reach my goal naturally, Believe me I have tried. I've even been on contest prep meal plans with coaches tracking every thing week by week & finally after seeing my doctor I found out I have Low -T.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

That's a really light and easy cycle, looks good to me. I don't know if you'd need the clomid, nolva and some cheap Chinese hcg would do you fine.

BUUUUUTTTTTT...
If you decide to go with the clomid I would start with 50 mg per day not 100, and you need to taper.
Do yourself a favor and look up clomid and estrogen rebound.
 
And if you want to mix anything else in on your cycle, I would consider primobolan or equipose over stanozolol, it would promote lean gains and vascularity/hardness and all the other things the ladies like. And run it from the beginning and up the cycle to 16 weeks, you only get one first cycle and it's magical haha.
Every time I run winny (stanozolol) I feel like shit. Flu like symptoms, fevers, nastiness.

Thanks for the reply! I've read the first cycle will be your best cycle, my thing is I want to see how I react to certain compounds and not mix it all up from the beginning and not know what really was it that worked for me. I will be logging my cycle and post before and after pictures. Appreciate the feedback.
 
It looks like you have put the time in to researching about aas and nutrition. I would definitely try and get some HCG and run it from week 1 to 14.5. This will make your recovery much easier. I would dose the clomid at 75/50/50/50 and get some nolvadex and dose that at 40/20/20/20. You have only listed 3 weeks for pct, 4 weeks is usually standard. Your body fat is a tad higher than what is recommended for steroids but you'll be fine. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply and advice, I will definitely get some HCG before starting my cycle I have two weeks to have it shipped to me.
 
Aromasin is good stuff. I have never been a big fan of clomid, letro, or arimidex, due to dehydration, muscle tearing, and estrogen rebound. I tore my pec on letro before, aromasin, nolva, and HCG are great things especially for a first cycle as light as this. So even though a lot of people love clomid, and swear by it. I just have a differing opinion. If you run cyp at a half gram a week, and equipose at 5-600 a week, you should be able to get away with a light pct
 
Update so far: I started off at 200lbs first week went down to 194, now on week 3 I'm back up to 199 diet has been spot on measuring everything and I've been sweating way too much while at the gym I know it's too soon to notice any significant gains but I feel great and I've notice more vascular out in my upper chest. I've been drinking a gallon of water a day. Is there anything I should do to help with the sweat ? Maybe my estrogen levels are up? Should I take something while on cycle to help control this ?
