so after reading a lot about the subject i decided to try it out, this is my first time and my goal is not to bulk up, but to lean out and have some lean keepable gains
i'm 41 years old, 6ft about 225lbs, and i have a dadbod about 25%body fat or between 25% to 29% (guessing)
i would like some advice, i cleaned up my diet and stopped junk food about 6 months ago. i go to the gym about 4 to 5 days a week
no flaming plz
i was thinking of doing an Anavar cycle only, with clomid for pct
but was also reading about tbol and Primo
i'm not looking for big gains, if i gain 5 to 10lbs of lean muscle and lose body fat (go down to 12% ) i would be happy
not sure if it's possible
any ideas, or feedbacks would be appriciated
