first cycle winny only

now that we established that my Winny is good. I'd like to hear some suggestions as to how I would go about drinking it and how much.
Also what pre-caution supplements should I be taking?

I´ve had only winny orals, cycle two times. So I can´t help you with that how much you should take yours, but in my opinion you don´t have to worry about gyno on winny only cycle, but need to do clomid post cycle, to prevent after gyno and recover your own testo production.
Maybe someone more experienced will help you more?

50mg/day should do u just fine. Start clomid 2-3 days after you stop the winny.

why an only winny cycle bro????? Isn't that a waste of gear? You're obviously looking for vascularity and hardness...That can also be acheived by throwing in some EQ into the mix..

Only winnie because that is all I have. Bought off a friend 3 years ago. Obviously by just finding this site this past weekend I might be able to get some EQ (no clue what that is) in the near future. PMs would be appreciated for any reputable source.

Also what do I just drop the winnie in with some water and down it? Or should I do half?
