first cycle, test e, looking for criticisms

Hi guys, new to this board, and the bodybuilding community in general. Just need some first cycle advice. First, a little about myself.

I am 27 years old, 6'2 and 185 lbs with 11-12% bf. Very hard gainer. My diet has been pure paleo for the past 6 months with a cheat meal once or twice a week. Occasionally will mix in some brown rice and oatmeal but I obviously eat a ton of protein and veggies right now. Sorry do not have exact measurements for you macro-wise. I know Paleo is obviously horrible for gaining size, but I have found that if I eat dairy or too many grains, my bf% seems to skyrocket, whereas my strength gains are not any higher than when I leave all that shit out. On the other hand, I tend to lose body fat very rapidly as well.

My workout regimen consists of crossfit 5 days a week, then 2 days rest. I know everyone has varying opinions on crossfit, but when I am on cycle, I plan on going very light with the cardio and focusing on olympic lifts and ring work (gymnastics stuff). I would quit crossfit completely during cycle to save money and simply go to a normal gym, but I have a contract I'm kind of locked into until summer (save the criticism on signing a contract please, i feel that it's been worth it so far :-D).

My exact cycle is still up in the air. I will have 3 10 ml bottles of 250mg/ml test e to distribute how I please. I have read differing opinions on whether to go 500mg for 10 weeks, 400mg for 12 weeks, etc, and at this point have been so oversaturated with information, I just figured I needed to ask for myself on my specific situation. My goal is to gain a solid 15 lbs and see noticeable strength gains, since I have been at a plateau it seems for the past few months with my lifts. I believe I have my PCT all squared away as well, as I have PCT/Unleashed combo, PES Erase, and forma stanzol all on hand. Again there have been SO many different opinions I've read, but the general consensus seems to be that with this OTC pct, it's best just to start it all on week 12 after a 10 week cycle. For now that is my plan, and I'm ready to hear criticisms from you guys. Thanks again.
 
I didnt even read the part wher eyou talk about AAS use.

First off, stop doing stupid ass crossfit. Change your cardio to brisk walking a few times a week for 40 min or so to keep your heart healthy.
You need to learn how to train for size. Which doesnt necessarily mean heavy weights. Learn about hypertrophy training. Secondly you NEED carbs to build muscle. Third....whats your definition of high protein?

Dude...your a stick...6'2" @ 185 is skinny as hell.

Get out of dumbass cross fit...all it is, is fucking cardio. If you want to gain muscle mass then you will put on some body fat.
Doing bodybuilding on a cycle only is stupid. When your done and go back to cross shit its all going to go away.
You either want to be a cross fit jock or you want to be a bodybuilder. Pick one.

Steroids are NOT the right answer for you nor are they any sort of quick fix nor will they do the work for you.

The only thing you need is some hypertrophy training and a diet that is geared for your goals.
 
Keep cardio to 3 days a week. I also agree on stoping the crossfit... You need healthy carbs.. I wouldnt run 500 or 400 for a first cycle.. If you do shit right you won't need that much..

This guy doesnt need a cycle. He needs to get a clue how to train and eat if he wants mass and size.

I agree bro but chances are he already has his mind set on it.. To the op at 6'2 you should hit well over 200 before juicig...
 
Well no, my mind is not set on anything. Thanks for the advice, even though you gave it in the rudest way possible. I will seek out a better diet and strength program and will revisit this idea in 6 months or so.

if you are 62 185 and an extreme hardgainer.. why the heck are you doing crossfit routines? you need to start throwing some weights around.Also you havent really went into diet to detailed but i would guess you need to up your calorie and protein intake, if you are a hardgainer.

Man i wouldnt go near gear untill you have those 2 aspects down and have applied them for a good amount of time.. you will not get the most out of your 1st cycle, if you rush in like a bull under those circumstances.

When you see the same type of people posting the exact same stuff day after day when AAS is the last thing they need it gets a little old and the sparkles wear off ones positive attitude after a while.
