Not sure if u got my last message or not....I don't see it so I'm sending stats again age 42, 5'9" tall, 170lbs, 14% body fat, training in martial arts for 6 yrs, fight every 2 months open fight nights and tournaments, been in gym with trainer for 3 months strength and endurance training, I worked out in gym pretty all thru my 20s hardcore and I've kept most of my muscle tone over the years..my goal is to bulk but get hard and ripped...I just don't want to get so big and heavy that I'm slow when I fight....I know this cycle is a bulk cycle.
