Hello there. I have in my plans in September or October to shoot my first cycle. I am 35 years old and i decided i have waited enough to try the gains with roids since i have being training for 10 years all natural on and off.
My concern is since i am fresh in this kind of porocedure with the cycle (deca-sustanon-dianabol with nolvitex and all the other necessary things), what kind of workout training shall i perform.Would it be ok for bulking to do 5X5 MADcow on cycle for 3-4 months to build the foundation and then start a 5 day split?
