well you could cut your food down to none.. and it would help you keep some muscle mass... or hell maybe you need it as motivation.. to even start working out...
I went from 25 % to 18% pretty fast.. with the ow.. CKD... in about 2 months..
aiming for .. 12% maybe by .. may.. I sure do feel alot better.. that was the most fat i have had... yucky...
