Ok. I'm 22 years old, 6'3 at 220Ibs. Power lifter all through high school, been lifting for going on 7 years. Just to give you a ball park of physique, repping 315 for 4 flat bench. I'm on a Test E cycle taking 500 a week 2 shots of 250 a week. And was wondering what is good food to eat for solid gains during cycle. I want to be able to come off of cycle and sit at 230. Any veteran insight on helpful tips? Much appreciated.
