And stay away from the asshole that is selling you all that SHIT.If you need advice on diet, training and supplements just come to EF and the folks here will help you out .
1.Get some whey protein,multi vitamins , fish oil capsules .
2.find a training program for beginers in the weight training forum - use the search if you have to.
3. put together a meal plan of 6 high protein meals ,again go to the diet section of EF and also use the threads i told you about in my last post.
4.Educate yourself on all of the above by reading threads and stickies here.

You cannot build Rome on toothpicks! Gimme a break......I trained and busted my butt for 20 yrs before even touching anything.
